Lease
President / Owner

Lease's start in collision repair began at age 14 when a kind, talented neighbor was restoring a Model A. From there, Lease began repairing vehicles from his parents' garage, and then working full time in area dealerships. In 1986, he began working at Precision Body & Frame; in 1987, he bought the business.

The business grew so quickly that Lease had to move to a larger facility. He purchased the property at 2803 Venice Road. As a sole proprietor, the business continued to grow, requiring two expansions and the hiring of an office staff.

Lease has led the industry in cutting-edge technology with the purchase of the area's first down-draft baking oven for better than factory refinishing, and computer-aided frame straightening and alignments. Lease has always provided a lifetime warranty on repairs completed at Precision Body & Frame.

James - Office Manager at Precision Body & FrameJames
Office Manager

James started with Precision in 1995. His start in the collision world was a crash course of sorts. He was a regular visitor to the shop as a salesman, and made quite an impression with his techno-expertise and interest in the how/why of collision repair. When an estimating position became available, he jumped right in and has been masterfully orchestrating the repair process ever since. James also writes estimates and works with insurance companies to allow a complete and expeditious repair event.

Surprisingly, James' favorite part of his job is working with our customers. James is from the area, so he either already knows you, or your mom, or your neighbor.
